Balancing

Updated: Nov 13, 2019

Like an acrobat walking on tight rope, one has to mindfully, skilfully walk across to the other side. Life and everything we do is the same, having the right balance and never the extremes.

Dhamma is to be shared. Creating this site is sharing from the baseline of what I have in my collection so far. I mind watch and check especially when I am 'deeply' engaged in something, does it come with 'I' and the whole lot of wanting and conceit or does it come with pure joy of sharing whilst creating the site. Whenever the mind veers towards wanting to get a whole lot more done and not just doing, I remind myself, stop and take a deep breath, and then go back to just performing the function that is required.

Just like life's journey and spiritual cultivation, trying to do too much, will be dukkha. Anchor the mind back just doing. #balance #joy
