Tan Ho Soon is the Founding Director of Nalanda Institute, Malaysia. He was appointed a Lecturer since 1999 by the International Buddhist University. Besides establishing the Nalanda Institute, Bro Tan also founded the Sri Serdang Buddhist House, Nalanda Buddhist Society and the Nalanda Dharma School for teenagers. Bro Tan graduated with a degree in marketing and international business from the UK and earned an MBA and a doctorate degree in Business.  He is also a graduate of the Buddhist & Pāḷi University of Sri Lanka.  Bro Tan has been invited to speak at various Buddhist centres and conferences throughout Malaysia, as well as in 16 other countries in Asia and Europe.
